Its pretty hard to believe this micro-producer of Champagne has gone unnoticed in the USA for this long. Secondé is the sole bottler in this Grand Cru village.  And while many houses source components for their top cuvees from this sleepy town, it is rarely mentioned on the labels of the great wines it supports, Sillery is known for its power, and even less known for it’s small patch of Chardonnay that is uniquely full and textured.  One of the other gems from this tiny 5 ha estate is its Coteaux Champenoise, the power of Sillery enables a richly flavored still wine unlike others in Champagne.
