What started as five gallons of Zinfandel in a kitchen transformed into a project showcasing old-vine vineyards of Sonoma County. There’s something special, even magical, about those ancient, twisted vines with their deep roots and long histories. Carlisle was officially formed in 1998 by Mike Officer and his wife Kendall.

 The vineyards they source from were planted between 1888 and 1954 and work diligently with small family growers who share their passion for great wine.  Click here to see where they source from.
