Family owned and operated, founded in 2007 to cultivate native varieties (Vidiano, Assyrtiko, Liatiko and Mandilaria) – combined with the unique microclimate of the region to create fine wines. The area where Diamantakis winery is located extends southwest of Heraklion, going uphill towards Mountain Psiloritis between vineyards and olive groves.

The cultivation of the vineyard is done according to the principles of the Integrated Management System and all agricultural work is done manually with respect for nature and special attention to the growth and needs of the vine.
