A great passion for Riesling leads Martin Foradori Hofstätter to the Saar River in the German wine region Mosel. In 2014, he seizes the opportunity to revive the traditional Weingut Dr. Fischer. Here the vineyards are home to Riesling, a variety that truly embodies the terroir. The soil and climatic conditions provide ideal conditions for producing Riesling wines that are delicately structured and mineral-driven. In 2022, Martin Foradori Hofstätter’s project expands further, encompassing the Rheinhessen area along the Rhine River. The Steinbock Zero selection is made of grapes from carefully selected vineyards. These non-alcoholic beverages are low in calories and simultaneously exhibit complexity, freshness, and liveliness.
